We are looking for a hands-on, reliable Team Leader to manage our End User Computing (EUC) team. We need someone who can take the initiative, handle delegated responsibilities independently and ensure that tasks are completed without constant supervision.

You will provide our users with a secure, reliable and scalable workplace experience, combining deep technical expertise with proven people leadership skills. You will raise the bar on service quality, automation, endpoint security and user satisfaction across multiple agencies and countries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of EUC engineers/technicians, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee daily EUC operations, ensuring service performance meets SLAs/OLAs.
• Manage the full endpoint lifecycle, including builds (Intune/Autopilot), application packaging, and asset tracking.
• Define and maintain clear support structures across L1, L2, and L3.
• Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, coordinating with Corporate IT, Security, vendors, and service partners.
• Support planning and operations by managing capacity, scheduling, and budget inputs.
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics such as SLA compliance, MTTR, FCR, device health, patching, and customer satisfaction.

WHO ARE YOU?

• 5 - 8+ years in EUC/Workplace Engineering.
• 2 -3+ years in team leadership.
• Expertise in Intune/Endpoint Manager, Autopilot, Windows 11, Entra ID, GPO, packaging, PowerShell.
• Strong endpoint security knowledge (Defender, BitLocker, LAPS, CA, Zero Trust).
• ITIL experience and excellent communication skills (Dutch & English).
• MacOS/iOS/Android MDM experience.
• Knowledge of Citrix/printing solutions.
• Familiarity with ISO/NIS2 audit requirements.
