Key Responsibilities:


HR Operations & Administration


  • Lead and oversee all site HR operations, ensuring full alignment with corporate policies, procedures, and local labor laws and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee employee onboarding, workforce mobilization, and personnel administration processes, ensuring smooth integration and compliance with organizational standards.
  • Monitor and Lead employee attendance, leave administration, and personnel records, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive HR reports, including workforce status, headcount analysis, and monthly hours reporting, to support operational planning and decision-making.
  • Ensure full compliance with internal policies, local labor legislation, and applicable regulatory requirements, maintaining adherence to corporate governance and legal standards.
  • Support and manage disciplinary processes and Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) in coordination with Branch HR, ensuring consistency, fairness, and compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
  • Oversee workforce mobilization and provide comprehensive employee support, ensuring efficient deployment, smooth integration, and a positive employee experience throughout the assignment lifecycle.
  • Coordinate onboarding logistics, including accommodation, equipment allocation, and employee integration, ensuring a seamless transition and operational readiness at site.
  • Ensure employee welfare and well-being at site level by maintaining appropriate living and working conditions and addressing employee needs in a timely and effective manner.


General Services:


  • Oversee Site and office operations, ensuring efficient facility operations and compliance with company standards.
  • Coordinate employee travel and rotation logistics, including mobilization, demobilization, home leave, and vacation arrangements, ensuring timely and efficient workforce movements.
  • Supervise office services, including facilities maintenance, security coordination, and administrative support, ensuring a safe, functional, and efficient work environment.
  • Ensure the efficient management of facilities, supplies, and workplace services, maintaining operational continuity and adherence to company standards.


HR Systems & Digital Transformation:


  • Support the implementation and optimization of HRMS and digital HR tools.
  • Collaborate with IT and HR teams to enhance efficiency through digital solutions.


Required Qualifications & Experience:


  • Bachelor’s degree in law, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in HR and General Services, preferably Oil & Gas Sector.
  • Proven experience leading HR & GS operations in multinational and multi-site environments.
  • Strong knowledge of HR administration, and workforce mobilization.
