🚀 Senior AI Engineer – FinTech

We’re working with a high-growth FinTech investing heavily in how AI can transform software development and product capabilities.

They’re building out a team focused on applying AI in real-world scenarios — from developer productivity and automation through to AI-powered product features used in production.

The Role 👋

This is a hands-on engineering role focused on building and shipping AI-powered systems.

You’ll work across a mix of internal tools and product features, applying AI where it genuinely improves speed, quality, and user experience.

You’ll be:

• Building AI-powered tools and workflows used by engineers day-to-day
• Developing AI-driven product features from idea through to production
• Working with LLMs, APIs, and modern tooling to solve real problems
• Creating systems that automate parts of coding, testing, debugging, or operations
• Experimenting quickly, validating ideas, and scaling what works
• Collaborating with engineers and product teams to ensure real-world impact

What They’re Looking For 🧠

• 5+ years software engineering experience
• Strong background in backend or fullstack development
• Experience working with AI/LLMs in production or near-production environments
• Comfortable building and shipping in fast-moving, iterative environments
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with ambiguity
