Senior Project Manager – PMC - Abu Dhabi
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join the delivery team for a major masterplanned villa and townhouse development in Abu Dhabi. This is a site-based PMC role, offering the opportunity to lead key packages within a high-profile residential community.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of contractor and PMC experience, with a proven background delivering large-scale villa developments and exposure to hospitality projects. This role requires a hands-on leader who is confident operating in a fast-paced, highly coordinated site environment.
Key Requirements
- Degree-qualified in civil engineering, construction management, or related field
- 15+ years of industry experience
- Minimum 10 years in a project management role
- At least 5 years of experience in the UAE
- Recent Abu Dhabi project experience preferred
- Strong contractor background (essential)
- PMC experience (essential)
- Strong post contract delivery experience (essential)
- Proven experience delivering large masterplan villa developments
- Additional hospitality project experience is an advantage
- Arabic speaker (mandatory)
- Strong leadership, technical understanding, and site coordination skills
