Senior UX Designer

Salary: €70,000 to €85,000 DOE + benefits

Location: Dublin City Centre

Hybrid: 3 days per week in the office

Our client is a global financial services company is looking for a Senior UX Designer to join their global design team working on digital products and strategic initiatives. You will be involved in the full design process from early ideas through to launch, helping shape user experiences across key platforms.

What you will do

• Lead UX design across core products and customer experience projects
• Run workshops, map user journeys and design service blueprints
• Create user focused designs backed by research and insights
• Build wireframes, prototypes, user flows and high quality UI designs
• Simplify complex processes into clear and intuitive experiences
• Work closely with product, engineering and design system teams
• Support and promote design improvements across products

Must have

• Strong UX/UI design experience in a fast paced environment
• Ability to lead workshops and work with business stakeholders
• Strong portfolio showing end to end design work
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes and high fidelity designs
• Experience of 3 to 5 years in a UX/UI Designer or similar role
• Tools such as Figma and FigJam (MUST HAVE)
• Ability to turn complex ideas into simple user experiences

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services
• Relevant degree in design, HCI or similar
