We’re looking for a Senior Data Scientist/ Engineer with strong machine learning and data engineering expertise to build end-to-end analytics solutions in the healthcare space.

This role focuses on using healthcare claims data to drive better affordability and patient outcomes, working across the full lifecycle from data ingestion to production-ready models.

The Role

You’ll work end-to-end on data and ML pipelines:

• Ingesting and transforming healthcare data
• Performing feature engineering and model development
• Validating, deploying, and operationalizing models
• Delivering insights through clear visualizations and storytelling

Tech & Environment

• Python + ML frameworks (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.)
• DBT + orchestration tools (Airflow, Dagster, ADF)
• Databricks
• Cloud (Azure preferred, AWS/GCP)
• MLOps / DataOps best practices

Key Focus Areas

• Hands-on experience with healthcare claims data (essential)
• Building scalable ML pipelines and production models
• Feature engineering using healthcare coding systems
• Working within strict data privacy frameworks (HIPAA/GDPR)

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years in data science / ML / analytics engineering
• Strong Python and end-to-end ML lifecycle experience
• Solid data engineering foundations (DBT, orchestration)
• Experience working with sensitive healthcare data
• Strong communication and ability to translate data into insights
