Our client, a leading manufacturing company and a key player in its industry, is seeking an HR Business Partner to join their HR team. In this role, you will be supporting and executing key human resource functions, including talent acquisition, compensation, performance management, employee engagement and employee relations.
Some of the key responsibilities will include:
- Handle end-to-end employee lifecycle matters, including employee relations issues and disciplinary cases, ensuring fair and consistent practices.
- Drive talent acquisition efforts and support initiatives to attract, develop, and retain high-performing employees.
- Oversee performance management processes including goal setting, appraisals, and manager support to drive a high-performance culture.
- Manage employee transitions, including relocations, internal moves, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Support HR programs and initiatives, including engagement activities and broader organizational projects.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and governance standards.
To be eligible for this role you will require:
- Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in an HR business partnering role, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, work independently, and stay highly organized with strong attention to detail.
