Apilex is building an AI-native legal platform used in real legal operations — where clarity, trust, and product quality are non-negotiable. We're looking for an AI Engineer who can build advanced RAG architectures and agentic systems and ship them reliably in production.
What are you going to do?
- Take an active role in shaping the technical roadmap for the AI side of the product
- Design and develop agent loops using LangGraph and LangChain
- Own the orchestration and maintenance of multi-agent systems
- Build and deploy GraphRAG and Agentic Retrieval pipelines to production
- Develop and maintain Python-based AI services in production environments
- Provide technical mentorship to the AI team, set code quality standards and best practices
What are we looking for?
- Hands-on experience building agent loops with LangChain and LangGraph
- Proven experience designing RAG pipelines and taking them to production
- Strong knowledge of GraphRAG and Agentic Retrieval
- Experience integrating Neo4j or similar graph databases and vector databases, with the ability to design hybrid retrieval architectures
- Ability to design and orchestrate multi-agent systems
- Strong proficiency in Python; Golang is a nice to have
- Experience with microservices architecture, REST/gRPC APIs, and async programming
- Track record of maintaining Python-based AI services in production
- Experience in technical leadership and guiding engineering teams
