Key Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, optimize, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure using H3C and other mainstream networking products, covering routing & switching, security, wireless, and SDN technologies.
• Lead or participate in large-scale network projects, including planning, implementation, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Support SDN and cloud-network integration projects to ensure high availability, scalability, and security of the network environment.
• Provide technical consulting, training, and support to clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality network solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest networking technologies and industry best practices.

Requirements:

• Solid experience and deep knowledge of H3C or other mainstream networking products and technologies, including routing & switching, security, wireless, and SDN.
• Excellent communication skills in both Polish and English – able to discuss technical topics fluently and write clear documentation.
• Holding one or more of the following certifications is a strong advantage: H3CIE, HCIE, or CCIE.
• Hands-on experience with SDN and cloud-network integration projects is a significant plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills, teamwork spirit, and a proactive attitude.
