Senior Network Engineer / Network Architect

Responsible for network architecture design, complex solution leadership, and strategic technical support for enterprise and VIP customers in Brazil. Acting as a technical lead, this role drives advanced solution implementation, ensures long-term network stability, and supports customer network evolution strategy.

1.   Network Architecture & Technical Leadership

Ø Lead the architecture design of large-scale and complex networks, including data centers, campus networks, cloud-network integration, SDN, and WAN environments.

Ø Design high-availability, scalable, and resilient network architectures.

Ø Define technical standards, design documents, and long-term network evolution roadmaps.

2.   Complex Project Technical Ownership

Ø Lead requirement analysis and end-to-end technical solution design.

Ø Coordinate cross-functional teams (sales, pre-sales, R&D, product, delivery, and customer IT teams).

Ø Identify and mitigate technical risks during project execution.

3.   VIP Customer Technical Support & Troubleshooting

Ø Serve as the primary technical contact for strategic customers.

Ø Lead complex issue troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA).

Ø Support critical incidents to ensure business continuity.

4.   Pre-sales Technical Leadership

Ø Lead advanced proof-of-concept (POC) and technical validation activities.

Ø Provide architecture-level consulting during the pre-sales phase.

Ø Deliver high-level technical training to customers and partners.

5.   Technical Best Practices & Standards Development

Ø Establish and optimize delivery methodologies and architectural standards.

Ø Contribute to regional technical capability improvement.

1.   Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related fields.

8+ years of professional experience in networking or IT, including significant experience in complex architecture design.

2.   Strong expertise in enterprise networking technologies, including:

Ø STP / MSTP

Ø OSPF / IS-IS

Ø BGP (advanced policy and multi-homing design)

Ø VXLAN / EVPN

Ø Data center network architecture

Ø High-availability and disaster recovery design

3.   Experience in SDN, cloud computing, cloud-network integration, or large-scale automation is preferred.

4.   Proven experience in leading complex projects in a technical ownership role.

5.   Basic understanding of operating systems, virtualization, servers, storage, or database infrastructure.

6.   Strong communication and coordination skills, capable of engaging with customer executives and technical teams.

7.   Certifications preferred:

Ø H3CIE / HCIE / CCIE

Ø PMP or equivalent project management certification

8.   English proficiency required (technical communication, meetings, documentation).
