Network Support Engineer (MSP | Cloud Networking)

We’re working with a leading national Managed Services Provider to find a skilled Network Support Engineer to join their growing team.

This is a great opportunity for an engineer who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-client environment and enjoys working across modern networking and security technologies.

💡 The Role

You’ll play a key role in supporting, designing, and optimising secure, scalable network environments across both on-prem and cloud platforms. You’ll also act as an escalation point for junior engineers while working closely with customers.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

• Providing Level 2/3 support across network and security environments
• Acting as an escalation point for Service Desk engineers
• Designing and supporting enterprise networking across multiple vendors
• Managing routing, switching, VLANs, VPNs, and SD-WAN
• Supporting firewalls and SASE platforms
• Working across Azure networking and hybrid environments
• Contributing to cloud and network transformation projects
• Engaging directly with clients and stakeholders

🧠 What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years’ experience in an MSP or multi-client environment
• Strong networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, VPNs)
• Hands-on experience with enterprise networking & security vendors such as:

Fortinet, Juniper, Cisco, Palo Alto, Aruba, Netskope, Cato, Zscaler

• Experience with Azure networking and hybrid connectivity
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
