Your Mission
As the HR Generalist you will cover all aspects of HR which will include; administrative support, payroll, talent acquisition, talent management, learning and development, compensation and benefits. The HR Generalist will participate in the shaping of the company's HR strategy and implement it in day-to-day work. You will promote corporate values and lead the development of corporate culture.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Increase awareness and attractiveness of the company’s HR brand
- Develop and standardise recruitment practices to ensure fast and efficient hiring
- Lead recruitment for front and back office roles, supporting line managers on hiring decisions and processes
- Manage the full employee lifecycle from hiring to exit, ensuring smooth onboarding and offboarding processes
- Develop and implement employee training and motivation programmes
- Implement and monitor employee appraisal programmes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records within corporate HR systems
- Process payroll, including salary calculations, additional payments, and preparation of required documentation
- Administer employee and dependent visa processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and regulatory compliance
- Monitor changes in labour legislation and ensure company compliance with applicable laws and internal policies.
Your Profile
To be successful at this position, we think you should to have:
- An associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration, business management, or a related field
- Proven experience in HR role / recruitment or similar, preferably in UAE
- In-depth knowledge of HR practices
- Proficiency in word and excel software
- Excellent communication English skills – both written and spoken is a must, Arabic language is an advantage
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a proactive approach toward problem-solving.
