Project Planning SchedulingDevelop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependenciesMaintain baseline schedules and manage changes effectivelyTrack progress, deliverables, and project performance2. Stakeholder Communication ManagementAct as the primary liaison between business users, IT teams, and vendorsConduct project meetings, steering committee reviews, and status updatesMaintain communication plans, meeting minutes, and action trackers3.
