Role Summary

Aria Holding is seeking a results-driven Project Manager to lead and deliver medium-complexity IT and business transformation initiatives across enterprise platforms including ERP, CRM, HCM, ECM, and Microsoft 365.

The role is responsible for end-to-end project lifecycle management, ensuring structured governance, stakeholder alignment, risk mitigation, and successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget. The Project Manager will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to drive high-quality execution and user adoption.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Execution

• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, milestones, and dependencies.
• Manage critical paths and baseline plans, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Track progress and deliverables using approved project management tools.

2. Stakeholder & Communication Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact between business users, IT teams, and vendors.
• Facilitate project meetings, steering committees, and status reviews.
• Maintain communication plans, meeting minutes, and action logs.

3. Risk, Issue & Change Management

• Maintain and manage RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).
• Ensure timely risk mitigation, escalation, and resolution.
• Support and govern change request processes, including impact analysis.

4. Budget & Resource Management

• Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and burn rates.
• Support resource planning and utilization tracking.
• Validate vendor invoices, milestones, and payments.

5. Testing, Go-Live & Transition

• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and training schedules.
• Ensure go-live readiness and deployment success.
• Oversee post-go-live stabilization and handover to support teams.

6. Quality Assurance & Governance

• Ensure all project deliverables comply with organizational standards and governance frameworks.
• Maintain complete and accurate documentation.
• Support audit readiness and compliance reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement and lessons learned initiatives.

1. Schedule & Delivery

• ≥ 95% milestone delivery adherence
• < 5% schedule variance

2. Financial & Resource Control

• < 5% budget variance
• ≥ 95% alignment of planned vs actual resource utilization

3. Risk & Change Management

• ≥ 95% risks mitigated with defined actions
• < 5% rollback/rework on approved changes

4. Stakeholder Governance

• Positive feedback from sponsors and steering committees
• Consistent adherence to reporting and escalation standards

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in Project Management roles
• Experience managing digital transformation projects across enterprise platforms
• Proven exposure to ERP, CRM, HCM, ECM, or Microsoft 365 implementations

Certifications (Preferred)

• PMP (Project Management Professional)
• PRINCE2 Certification
• ITIL Foundation (advantage)
