Job Summary / Key Skills
You bring 15+ years’ experience as an IT Business Analyst, ideally within agile environments. You’re skilled at producing clear, well-structured requirements documentation and are highly driven, with some experience in project management.
You also offer:
- A strong technical foundation, including formal training and hands-on experience as a developer or tester
- The ability to manage multiple projects at once, thriving in fast-paced, complex, or large-scale environments
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured approach and keen attention to detail
- Proven experience collaborating across teams and effectively engaging stakeholders at all levels
- A proactive, pragmatic, and flexible mindset, with the ability to bring structure to ambiguous situations
- Experience eliciting requirements directly from stakeholders (e.g., workshops, interviews)
- A solid track record working closely with development teams, especially backend engineers and testers
- Fluency in English
