We’re seeking a proactive HR Generalist (locally known as Principal Consultant, HR Client Partnering) to play a key role in delivering high-quality, end-to-end HR support across a dynamic and people-focused environment.
This is a hands-on, varied role suited to an experienced HR professional who enjoys balancing operational delivery with continuous improvement. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations while delivering high-quality support to stakeholders.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Manage and review employment documentation across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, compliance with legislation, and alignment with organisational policies
- Conduct compliance and qualification checks to ensure regulatory and audit requirements are met
- Administer compensation and benefits processes, including remuneration changes, allowances, and employee entitlements, ensuring consistency and equity
- Maintain and optimise HR systems, including GO1 and HumanForce (time and attendance
- Provide timely, practical HR advice to managers and staff on policies, procedures, employee relations matters, and best practice people management
- Ensure deadlines, service standards, and confidentiality requirements are consistently met

You are an organised and detail-oriented HR professional who takes pride in delivering high-quality work and getting the fundamentals right. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy building strong working relationships.
To Be Successful In The Role You Will Bring
- Demonstrated experience in a generalist HR role
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, employment compliance, and documentation
- Previous experience with time and attendance systems, particularly HumanForce is highly desirable
- High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related discipline, with demonstrated experience in a generalist HR advisory role.
