Responsible for L2/L3 application support, development, and enhancement of monitoring, observability, and backend systems using IBM SevOne, Zabbix, Grafana, ElasticSearch, and backend components built in Java, Go, and PHP.
- Experience integrating monitoring platforms with ticketing/notification tools.
- Comfortable with 24×7 operations and on‑call support.
- Hands‑on L2/L3 operations, troubleshooting, and RCA.

Go (Golang)
Grafana

Good to have skills:
Shell/Python scripting
Knowledge of SNMP, NetFlow, ICMP, and network protocols
Experience with Prometheus/ELK stack
Exposure to CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab)
Basic Linux administration (RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu)
