• Proven experience of at least 5 years in project management, delivery, and/or Scrum Master roles

• Solid knowledge of CI/CD and experience working with development teams

• Define and execute roadmaps, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget

• Experience in budget management, cost control, and resource forecasting

• Ability to create status reports, dashboards, and performance metrics

• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives

• Identify and mitigate risks, removing impediments at team and cross-team level

• Strong servant-leadership mindset, with mentoring and coaching skills

• Knowledge of the functional domain relevant to the squad

• Experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or MS Project

• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills

• English: Fluent; Portuguese not required

• French: Highly valued

• Must reside in Portugal
