Payroll Experienced Consultant - LX/OPO

The role

• Analysis of information related to monthly variables
• Introduction of monthly variables into the payroll processing ERP
• Issuance and analysis of payslips
• Preparation and submission of monthly obligations
• Admission and termination of employees in Social Security and Compensation Funds
• Calculation of final accounts
• Preparation of Annual Reports and Income Declarations
• Preparation of Surveys related to payroll processing
• Perform a first level review of all the above tasks
  
  

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Management or similar
• Up to 4 years of professional experience
• Proficiency in English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel and PowerPoint)
• Aptitude for digital tools
• Communication skills and results orientation
• Interpersonal relationship skills and empathy
• Rigour, method, and attention to detail
