Senior Machine Learning Engineer

AI Medical Technology is developing a groundbreaking AI-based diagnosis tool for skin cancer. As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer with us, you will be a key person in the development of next-generation AI. You will join a small, dedicated team of Macine learning specialists and work with advanced image analysis in a product that makes a real difference in healthcare. Your responsibilities

• Develop, train, and test AI models for medical image analysis in Python and PyTorch.
• Develop and implement new algorithms for our complex AI system
• Work hands-on throughout the entire chain from experimentation and training to productization of AI models
• Collaborate closely with the founders and the rest of the development team
• Contribute your expertise within a small, agile team and influence the technical direction
• Document your work in accordance with the requirements for medical technology products (MedTech)

We are looking for an experienced Machine Learning Engineer with a passion for solving complex problems. You have a solid technical foundation in AI and image analysis and thrive in a role where you have both freedom and responsibility. Qualifications

• Several years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or in a similar role.
• University degree in Data Science
• Very good knowledge of Python and experience with relevant frameworks such as PyTorch
• Solid experience in developing algorithms and training AI models.
• Experience in image analysis
• Experience in medical image analysis is a strong advantage.
• Ability to work both independently and in teams.
• Ability to take significant personal responsibility
• A humble and collaborative personality
• You speak and write English fluently, as it is our corporate language.
