IT Project Manager

Role Overview: We are looking for an IT Project Manager to join our technical team. The role involves overseeing IT projects end-to-end, with a strong focus on payment gateway infrastructure for card acquiring. The ideal candidate will bridge technical and business teams, ensure system stability, and drive continuous improvement of our payment products and internal workflows.

What You Will Do

• Managing and maintaining payment gateway infrastructure supporting card acquiring (Visa/Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay)
• Overseeing IT projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
• Coordinating API integrations with payment providers, acquiring banks, and third-party services
• Collaborating with development teams and internal stakeholders to translate business needs into technical tasks
• Monitoring system stability, coordinating incident response, and ensuring uptime of critical payment flows
• Maintaining key technical system configurations, documentation, and access controls
• Working with ticketing systems to manage backlogs, sprints, and task prioritization
• Identifying and implementing automation opportunities for routine internal processes
• Translating technical requirements clearly between engineering and non-technical teams

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in IT project management, product management, or a technical coordination role
• Hands-on experience with payment gateway systems or card acquiring infrastructure
• Understanding of API integrations and the software development lifecycle
• Experience with ticketing and project management tools (Jira, Notion, Confluence, or similar)
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without losing attention to detail
• Strong analytical mindset and structured communication style
• English proficiency required; Russian or Latvian is an advantage
