About This Role

As the Project Execution & Impact Lead for the EU18 Region, you will be at the forefront of driving strategic project management excellence across multiple countries. Reporting to the Operations Excellence Lead, you will support EU18 leaders from ideation through implementation, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable impact. This role is pivotal in aligning projects with organizational goals, enhancing operational efficiency, and maximizing business value. You will coordinate stakeholders, manage risks, and maintain high standards of compliance and operational excellence. Your leadership will be instrumental in guiding the EU18 project portfolio, developing business cases, and ensuring projects align with affiliate objectives to deliver measurable value.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver comprehensive project management leadership from concept to post-project evaluation.
  • Coordinate and prioritize projects across EU18 functions and countries, focusing on execution and impact.
  • Oversee project portfolio management, including business case development and prioritization in collaboration with EU18 leadership.
  • Collaborate with affiliate and regional teams to align initiatives with organizational priorities.
  • Engage and align key internal stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of complex projects.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks while managing change processes efficiently.
  • Track and report on project performance using established KPIs, ensuring projects meet goals and have a positive ROI.
  • Participate in special projects and facilitate sharing of best practices across local and international teams.

Required Skills

  • Degree in life and/or pharmaceutical sciences or business/management.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, commercial operations, or business development within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven ability to manage projects across all life cycle phases.
  • Strong analytical skills in developing business cases and prioritization frameworks.
  • Proficiency with various project management methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder influencing skills.
  • Experience in a multi-cultural environment and fluency in English.

Preferred Skills

  • Prior experience in environments such as project labs or managing an approved project list.
  • Exposure to multi-cultural environments with respect for cultural differences.
