We are growing:

Here at Nando we are looking for an experienced EU Projects Manager to take ownership of large-scale strategic projects, including industrial development initiatives such as the construction of our Jonava factory.

This role is critical in ensuring smooth project implementation, compliance with EU funding requirements, and effective collaboration with public institutions.

You will play a key role in turning strategic investments into reality – ensuring that complex EU-funded projects are delivered smoothly, responsibly, and on time.


What you will be responsible for:

  • Full-cycle management of EU-funded projects – from planning to successful implementation.
  • Administration and control of project funding and budgets.
  • Preparation and management of project documentation in line with EU requirements.
  • Ensuring compliance with legal, financial, and reporting standards.
  • Coordination with public institutions, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitoring project progress, risks, and timelines, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Preparing reports and representing the company in project-related matters.


What we expect from you:

  • Proven experience managing EU-funded projects (preferably large-scale / infrastructure / industrial projects).
  • Strong understanding of EU funding mechanisms, compliance, and reporting requirements.
  • Background in law or finance is highly preferred.
  • Experience working with public institutions and regulatory bodies.
  • Ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of ownership, responsibility, and attention to detail.
  • Fluent in Lithuanian and English (written & spoken).
