We’re expanding our project, production, design, quality, procurement, and electrical teams for our new yacht build programs in Antalya. We operate with a strong schedule–cost–quality discipline, using ERP-driven tracking and robust planning to keep execution transparent and predictable.
If you enjoy working in a hands-on, high-standard shipyard environment, collaborating across functions, and taking ownership from planning through delivery, we’d like to hear from you. We’re looking for professionals who value structured execution, clear communication, and continuous improvement—and who want to contribute to building yachts delivered with uncompromising quality.

Tools: Planning discipline + ERP awareness (preferred)
Role Summary
We are hiring an Interior Project Manager to lead on-site execution of yacht interior fit-out. This role acts as the key bridge between the Client/Owner, the Shipyard, and the Interior Contractor, ensuring that interior scope is delivered on time, to specification, and at the expected quality level.
Key Responsibilities
Site Execution & Coordination
- Manage day-to-day on-site interior works (joinery, panels, ceilings, floors, upholstery, stone/metal/glass applications, finishing)
- Coordinate shipyard teams, interior contractor crews, and subcontractors to maintain smooth workflow
- Verify installation quality and progress against drawings, specifications, and agreed method statements
Client / Shipyard / Contractor Interface (Bridge Role)
- Serve as the primary point of contact for interior topics between Client/Owner representatives, Shipyard project team, and Interior firm
- Lead coordination meetings in English; document decisions, actions, and deadlines
- Clarify technical details, align expectations, and resolve conflicts quickly and professionally
Planning, Reporting & Risk Control
- Build and maintain the interior execution plan aligned with the overall project schedule
- Track progress, constraints, and critical path items; escalate risks early with mitigation plans
- Provide structured weekly reports (progress, issues, material status, next-week plan)
Quality & Change Management
- Ensure interior deliverables meet quality standards and acceptance criteria
- Manage punch lists, snagging, rework coordination, and close-out readiness
- Control changes: assess impact (time/cost/quality), document approvals, and coordinate implementation
Materials & Readiness
- Follow up on interior materials/equipment readiness with procurement/logistics teams and the interior contractor
- Coordinate access, sequencing, protection, and handover readiness with shipyard stakeholders
Requirements

- Advanced English (spoken and written) — able to run meetings, write reports, and manage stakeholders
- Strong understanding of interior fit-out details, joinery/installation logic, tolerances, and finishing quality
- Strong leadership, follow-up ownership, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working directly with Owner/Client reps and shipyard teams on live builds
