About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Exchange Operations Manager with a strong background in digital assets to join our growing team. In this role, you will oversee the operational processes related to cryptocurrency exchange integrations, listing workflows, and liquidity management for our clients. You will act as the primary operational point of contact between clients, exchanges, and internal teams - ensuring seamless execution from onboarding to go-live and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end exchange listing operations for clients, including documentation, liaison with exchange teams, and timeline coordination
• Develop and maintain relationships with tier-1 and tier-2 cryptocurrency exchanges
• Monitor and optimize trading pair performance, liquidity conditions, and market maker activity
• Coordinate with internal marketing, legal, and strategy teams to align exchange operations with broader campaign objectives
• Maintain operational playbooks, SOPs, and reporting frameworks for exchange-related workflows
• Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in existing processes and propose scalable solutions
• Stay current with regulatory developments, exchange policy changes, and market trends in the digital assets space
• Prepare and present operational reports and performance updates to internal stakeholders and clients

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in exchange operations, crypto project management, or a related role within the digital assets industry
• Solid understanding of cryptocurrency exchanges, token listing mechanics, and liquidity management
• Proven track record of managing multiple client projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across time zones and with external partners
• Familiarity with DeFi protocols, market-making strategies, and on-chain analytics tools is a plus
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are an advantage
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote setup
