CEO Office

Apollo is a ClimateTech SaaS platform helping enterprises track and reduce their energy usage and carbon footprint. We work with leading companies to drive operational efficiency and sustainability using AI-powered solutions.

As part of the CEO Office, you will work closely with the CEO and leadership team to help shape and execute the company’s strategic priorities. This role combines strategy, research, and cross-functional coordination to ensure that high-level initiatives are translated into measurable outcomes.

What You’ll Do

• Support the CEO and executive leadership in shaping and executing the company’s strategic agenda
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across teams to ensure alignment with company priorities
• Conduct research on eco-technology, sustainability trends, and emerging innovations to support strategic planning
• Prepare analyses, reports, and presentations that inform executive decision-making
• Facilitate communication between leadership, internal teams, and external stakeholders
• Track progress on key initiatives and help ensure timely execution of strategic projects
