• Location: Hybrid Role- 3 days a week onsite (Toronto Downtown)
• Long term Contract
• Overall 8+ years’ experience

Responsibilities-

o Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility and ensure resource availability and allocation

o Develop a detailed project plan to track progress

o Coordinate internal resources and third parties / vendors for the execution of projects

o Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

o Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs

o Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques

o Perform risk management to minimize project risks

o Establish and maintain relationships with all stakeholders and third parties/vendors

o Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Requirements

o Proven working experience as a project and/or program administrator in the IT field

o Extensive experience in project management methodology, documentation, and process

o Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

o Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)

o Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

o Preferred: PMP certification, PRINCE II certification, or Microsoft Project experience
