Salary

€2,750 – €3,600 / month (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Managing and coordinating day-to-day crypto market operations for client projects
• Monitoring market activity, token performance, and on-chain data to support decision-making
• Collaborating with marketing, BD, and product teams to align operational processes
• Preparing regular reports and performance summaries for internal and external stakeholders
• Supporting listings, exchange communications, and liquidity-related workflows
• Identifying operational gaps and proposing improvements to internal processes
• Staying up to date with Web3 trends, DeFi protocols, and the broader crypto market landscape

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in crypto, Web3, or fintech operations
• Solid understanding of cryptocurrency markets, tokens, and blockchain fundamentals
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Experience working with tools such as Dune Analytics, CoinGecko, CoinMarketCap, or similar
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
• Upper-intermediate or higher English level (written and spoken)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently

Nice to Have

• Experience in a marketing or growth agency environment
• Familiarity with SaaS or fintech products
• Background in project coordination or operations management
