Role Description & Responsibilities:

You will be part of the Delivery and Ops team, a multidisciplinary group that believes in innovating and pushing the boundaries of digital experiences. The team researches, reviews, iterates, and delivers meaningful interactions between our clients’ products and their intended users. The Experience team is made up of Researchers, Engagement Specialists, Product Managers, Project Managers, UX Designers, UI Designers, and Developers.

As a Project Manager, you will support Senior Project Managers and the wider delivery team in the coordination and delivery of digital projects. This role focuses on day-to-day project support, documentation, and communication across both content management initiatives and web and mobile app projects.

You will work closely with an experienced Project Manager, shadowing and supporting project activities such as client coordination, meeting facilitation, and delivery tracking. Through hands-on involvement and mentorship, you will gain exposure to structured project delivery practices, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration from project initiation through to launch.

Project Management & Organisational Support

• Support the delivery of digital projects, including content-managed websites, web development, and mobile app initiatives
• Assist Senior Project Managers with day-to-day project coordination across multiple workstreams
• Track timelines, milestones, dependencies, and action items to ensure smooth project execution
• Maintain project documentation such as project plans, status trackers, RAID logs, and meeting minutes
• Support content management and CMS-related activities, including content updates and migration tracking
• Coordinate with designers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure tasks are clearly communicated and followed up on
• Assist in validating delivery plans and ensuring activities align with agreed timelines and scope

Communication & Coordination

• Support client communications through follow-ups, status updates, and meeting coordination
• Arrange meetings, prepare agendas, and document discussion points and action items
• Act as a point of support between internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure clear and timely information flow

Learning & Development

• Shadow experienced Project Managers to learn structured project delivery practices
• Gain exposure to end-to-end delivery across CMS, web, and mobile app projects
• Develop foundational skills in stakeholder management, delivery tracking, and cross-functional collaboration

Requirements:

You sweat the details, are careful in planning and are bold in communication. You prefer rolling your sleeves up and getting your hands dirty to fix the problem.

• Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience working on software / product development or digital project management skills
• Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (CMS)
• (experience with CMS migration projects is strongly preferred)
• Strong documentation skills, including the ability to produce clear and structured project documents
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable coordinating across multiple stakeholders and teams
• Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in high-pressure situations and tight time frames

Good to have:

• Experience supporting mobile app projects (iOS, Android, or cross-platform)
• Familiarity with project tracking tools (e.g. Jira, ClickUp, Asana, Monday, etc.)
• Exposure to Agile or hybrid delivery environments
• Experience working in a digital agency or consulting environment
