About The Role

We are seeking a talented Frontend Engineer to join our team and play a pivotal role in developing and enhancing the web application for the CoinRoutes platform. This in-office position offers an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of decentralized finance technology, contributing to a modern, high-performance application stack. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading efforts to improve the web UI, ensuring a seamless, engaging, and intuitive user experience for our clients. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including backend developers, product managers, and designers, to deliver innovative features and maintain the platform’s excellence. A strong focus on performance, usability, and responsiveness will be critical as you help shape the future of our web interface, making complex financial data accessible and actionable for our users.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates should possess at least four or more years of professional experience in frontend development, with a proven track record of creating interactive and user-friendly web applications. Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript, React, and CSS is essential, along with experience in state management libraries such as Redux or similar frameworks. Familiarity with performance optimization techniques and responsive design is required, as is a solid understanding of web development tools like Git, Webpack, and Babel. Experience working on performance-intensive applications with frequent updates is highly valued. Additionally, candidates with knowledge of trading or accounting systems, fintech experience, and familiarity with Python/Django or TradingView Charts will have an advantage. Excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to independently manage projects from conception to completion are critical for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of new features, ongoing maintenance, and bug fixes for the React-based frontend application.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to discuss issues, propose solutions, and share progress, catering to audiences with varying technical expertise.
• Assist in project estimation, planning, and ensuring timely delivery of tasks and features.
• Research and evaluate the CoinRoutes interface to identify areas for improvement in usability, performance, and overall user experience.
• Implement responsive design techniques to ensure the platform is accessible across all devices and screen sizes.
• Collaborate with backend teams to integrate APIs and ensure seamless data flow and functionality.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation to uphold high-quality standards.
• Stay updated on emerging frontend technologies and best practices to continuously enhance the platform.
