We specialize in web design, development, and SEO/AEO services. In the past year, we've grown from 24 to 70 people, doubled our revenue, and won Webflow’s 2025 Enterprise Partner of the Year award.
The Opportunity
We’re hiring a Director, GTM to found and lead a new capability at BX Studio: GTM Consulting and Engineering, with Clay as our cornerstone tool for data enrichment, prospecting workflows, and automation.
This is a builder role for someone who can go from zero-to-one: define offerings, pitch and deliver client work, build repeatable systems, and scale a team. You’ll operate as a department founder - equal parts strategist, operator, and sales person, with upside in the business unit’s growth.
What You’ll Own
1) Build the GTM Consulting & Clay Practice
- Define the practice vision, positioning, ICPs, and go-to-market motion for BX’s GTM services.
- Create service offerings and packages (e.g., GTM audit, ICP + messaging, outbound system build, data + enrichment stack, lifecycle + routing, ABM/intent workflows).
- Establish Clay-centered delivery playbooks: enrichment, segmentation, scoring, routing, research, triggers, and automation.
2) Client Leadership (Strategy + Delivery)
- Lead discovery, diagnose GTM problems, and translate them into scoped engagements with measurable outcomes.
- Own executive relationships with clients (Founders, Heads of Sales/Marketing/RevOps).
- Deliver end-to-end GTM systems that connect data, segmentation, messaging, activation, and reporting.
3) GTM Engineering & Systems Implementation
- Design and implement Clay workflows that are reliable, maintainable, and measurable.
- Integrate Clay with client systems (HubSpot/Salesforce, sequencing tools, enrichment providers, spreadsheets/warehouse, webhooks/Zapier/Make).
- Build QA standards and monitoring for data integrity, match rates, enrichment accuracy, and workflow uptime.
4) Grow Revenue + Build the Team
- Partner with BX leadership on pipeline generation and closing.
- Contribute to thought leadership (playbooks, case studies, templates, workshops).
- Hire and manage a team, define roles, and maintain performance standards.
Ideal Background
- 4+ years in GTM, Revenue Operations, Growth, Sales Ops, or consulting; experience building programs from scratch.
- Strong Clay experience (or equivalent GTM automation expertise) with a portfolio of workflows you’ve built.
- Track record leading client engagements: scoping, pricing, delivery, and stakeholder management.
- Comfortable operating at multiple altitudes: executive strategy and hands-on execution
- Excellent sales and client management skills.
