Risk Manager

We are seeking a high-caliber Risk Manager to support the establishment and rollout of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) across PIH and its subsidiaries. This role will be instrumental in embedding a forward-looking, value-driven risk culture, aligned with leading practices such as COSO Enterprise Risk Management Framework and ISO 31000 Risk Management Standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and continuous enhancement of the ERM framework across the Group
• Conduct enterprise-wide risk assessments and maintain risk registers
• Define and monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and risk appetite thresholds
• Support integration with Internal Audit and risk-based audit planning
• Contribute to digital risk transformation, including ERM system implementation and dashboards
• Provide risk oversight across real estate, construction, and hospitality operations
• Prepare executive-level risk reports for senior management and Board committees
• Drive risk awareness and culture across business units

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in ERM, Risk Advisory, or Internal Audit
• Proven experience in building or transforming risk management functions
• Strong exposure to real estate, construction, and hospitality sectors
• Solid knowledge of ERM frameworks and risk quantification methodologies
• Experience with GRC/ERM systems and data analytics tools is an advantage

• Certified Risk Management Professional (CRMP)
• Chartered Enterprise Risk Analyst (CERA)
• Institute of Risk Management (IRM) qualifications
• Certification/training in COSO Enterprise Risk Management Framework
