Junior/Assistant Project Manager – (leading Irish Development Company)

  • Support the delivery of a large-scale logistics development that also incorporates residential and commercial aspects.
  • Assist the senior project management team in planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction activities across multiple elements of the project.
  • Work closely with subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure progress aligns with programme, budget, and quality standards.
  • Contribute to project scheduling and reporting, helping identify and resolve issues that could impact delivery.
  • Gain experience in procurement and contract management processes, while gradually taking on more direct responsibility.
  • Help ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality protocols across the project.
  • Support stakeholder communication, providing regular updates and helping ensure client expectations are met.
  • Assist in project closeout activities, including documentation and handovers.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years’ experience in construction or engineering, ideally with exposure to project coordination or management.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with construction processes, contracts, and safety standards is beneficial.
  • Motivation to build a career in project management and develop leadership skills.
