Roles and responsibilities

• Liderar a squad promovendo alinhamento entre objetivos do time e estratégia do cliente;
• Facilitar cerimônias ágeis garantindo engajamento e melhoria contínua;
• Acompanhar entregas, remover impedimentos e apoiar o time na execução;
• Interagir com stakeholders para priorização de backlog e definição de escopo;
• Mentorar e desenvolver os membros da equipe, promovendo ambiente colaborativo;
• Monitorar métricas de desempenho com foco em resultados e entrega de valor;
• Atuar na melhoria contínua de processos e disseminação da cultura ágil;
• Coordenar atividades técnicas relacionadas à engenharia de dados e governança;
• Garantir escalabilidade, confiabilidade e qualidade das soluções de dados.
  
  

Requirements And Skills

• Experiência em liderança de squads ágeis;
• Experiência com Scrum e facilitação de cerimônias;
• Experiência em gestão de backlog e stakeholders;
• Conhecimento em métricas ágeis;
• Conhecimento em engenharia de dados e processamento de grandes volumes;
• Conhecimento em pipelines e transformação de dados;
• Habilidade de comunicação e liderança.
• Diferencial já ter atuado em projetos de dados.
