IT Project Manager

IT Infrastructure Project Manager | Contract | Warsaw (Hybrid)

I’m currently working with a global organisation seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Project Manager to support a major pipeline of projects across manufacturing and IT environments.

📍 Location: Warsaw

📅 Duration: 8 months + extensions

🗣 Language: English required

The Role

You’ll be leading multiple infrastructure projects in parallel, supporting key initiatives such as:

• New site builds
• Site expansions and transitions
• Datacentre migrations and upgrades

You’ll oversee full end-to-end delivery across all infrastructure components (network, telephony, hardware, connectivity), working closely with global teams to ensure everything is ready for site go-live.

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years’ IT Project Management experience
• Strong background in infrastructure delivery
• Experience within global manufacturing environments (essential)
• Proven delivery of international projects
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Experience with Waterfall methodology
• Strong stakeholder management (including senior leadership)
• Experience working across global teams and time zones
