About the role:

As our Senior Project Manager, you'll be at the helm of managing medium to large Staff Augmentation projects. This role is crucial in leading multi-disciplinary, highly skilled engineering teams to deliver specific products or transformations. You'll ensure all aspects of the project are executed efficiently and effectively, making a significant impact on our clients' success.

In this role, you will:

• As a Senior Project Manager, you'll plan and monitor project results, providing coaching, counseling, and discipline to employees as needed.
• Your leadership skills will shine as you coordinate and enforce company systems, policies, and procedures to maintain project quality and consistency.
• Your people management abilities will be crucial as you retain staff by fostering a reliable and communicative work environment and identifying growth opportunities.
• Your analytical skills will be put to the test as you strategically analyze and improve billable utilization, plan capacity, and forecast project profitability.
• Your financial acumen will be at the forefront as you achieve financial objectives by forecasting results, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
• Your business development skills will be leveraged as you take a proactive role in identifying farming opportunities within existing clients.
• Your strategic thinking will drive you to maintain the organization's effectiveness and efficiency by supporting and delivering strategic plans for implementing technologies.

What you bring to the table:

• 4+ years of experience as a Software Project Manager.
• Extensive experience in the IT industry, with a deep understanding of project management practices and Agile methodologies.
• Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
• Good English level, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with global teams and clients.
• Past experience as a Software Engineer is a plus.
