The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of IT services and projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations, service level agreements (SLAs), and organizational objectives. This role combines project management discipline with service delivery oversight, focusing on maintaining service quality, managing operational performance, and driving continuous improvement. The individual will act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring smooth coordination between technical teams, business users, and external partners while ensuring services are delivered efficiently, reliably, and within agreed timelines and budgets.


Responsibilities


  • Manage end-to-end service delivery and project execution across multiple workstreams
  • Act as the primary liaison between clients, business stakeholders, and delivery teams
  • Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and contractual obligations
  • Plan, track, and manage project scope, schedule, and budget
  • Monitor service performance and proactively address issues or risks
  • Lead incident, problem, and change management coordination where required
  • Drive continuous service improvement initiatives and process optimization
  • Prepare and present regular status reports, dashboards, and service reviews
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including development, infrastructure, and vendors
  • Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution of critical issues
  • Support transition from project delivery to steady-state operations
  • Ensure compliance with governance, security, and regulatory requirement


Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Five years of experience in IT service delivery and/or project management
  • Strong understanding of IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL)
  • Experience managing projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders at multiple levels
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
  • Experience with service delivery tools and project management tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, MS Project)
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and enterprise systems
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL are preferred

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or SCRUM Master Certification
  • ITIL Foundation Certification
  • Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
