Role Description

We are hiring a Web3 Capital Network & Digital Asset Participation Associate (Remote – United States) to support capital flow, ecosystem engagement, and digital asset opportunity analysis across Web3 markets.

This role focuses on identifying investment opportunities, engaging with founders and investors, and supporting participation across token launches, DeFi protocols, and blockchain ecosystems. The associate will play a key role in tracking market activity, evaluating projects, and contributing to capital allocation strategies.

The role is ideal for someone who understands how capital flows in Web3, has strong connections or interest in the ecosystem, and enjoys working at the intersection of strategy, markets, and relationships.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate digital asset opportunities across Web3 ecosystems
• Support capital participation strategies across token launches and blockchain projects
• Build and maintain relationships with founders, investors, and ecosystem participants
• Monitor market trends, narratives, and capital flows across crypto markets
• Evaluate tokenomics, project fundamentals, and growth potential
• Support partnership development and ecosystem expansion initiatives
• Collaborate with internal teams to align capital strategies with broader business objectives

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets, blockchain ecosystems, and Web3 infrastructure
• Experience engaging with crypto communities, investors, or ecosystem participants
• Understanding of tokenomics, fundraising mechanisms, and digital asset participation
• Ability to identify trends and opportunities within fast moving markets
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate projects and opportunities
• Active involvement in Web3, crypto investing, or blockchain communities

Compensation

Salary range: $95,000 – $125,000 USD per year depending on experience and ecosystem involvement

Performance based incentives may also be offered.
