About the Role

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Bookkeeper at Fullstack Advisory. The professional will be responsible for managing client's financial statements, bookkeeping, payroll accounting software management, finance tasks, and journal entries for a number of entities. They will play a crucial role in helping our wider team of bookkeepers also progress towards lodgement and EOM targets, as well as becoming a go-to for technical bookkeeping questions.

Qualifications

• Senior experience with Xero is essential
• Senior experience with full-cycle bookkeeping
• Financial Statements and Journal Entries (Accounting) skills
• Bookkeeping and Accounting Software management skills
• 5+ years bookkeeping/commercial experience
• Knowledge of Australian tax laws and regulations
• Experience with implementing new accounting software
• Attention to detail
• Excellent client management and service levels
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Integrity is essential
• Experience in mentoring junior bookkeepers and progress towards targets
• Certification as a BAS Agent is ideal but not necessary
