About the Role:

We are looking for experienced Scrum Masters to join a long-term, high-impact project in the public sector, research, or education. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, facilitating Agile processes, ensuring smooth project delivery, and supporting multi-vendor collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile principles
• Support product owners and development teams to maximize value delivery
• Coordinate across multiple vendors and stakeholders
• Facilitate risk modeling, assessment workshops, and test planning
• Help teams adopt best practices in Agile, SDLC, and DevOps processes

Mandatory Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of experience as a Scrum Master
• Minimum 2 years managing solutions or application development in public sector, research, or education domains
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM or equivalent)
• Experience with SAFe framework
• Fluent Finnish (mandatory) + English

Nice to have:

• Technical understanding of Java, React, Spring Boot, CI/CD pipelines, AWS, Kubernetes, and databases
• Experience facilitating workshops and multi-vendor environments
• Knowledge of modern software development practices and testing
