Project Manager | Construction Background

Rakhat Construction is urgently seeking an experienced Project Manager specializing in High Rise Building Construction to lead high-end residential projects across Dubai. This role is ideal for detail-oriented professionals who consistently deliver premium-quality work under strict deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Job Summary

The Project Manager will oversee the complete lifecycle of construction and developments—from concept and design coordination to construction, inspection, and handover. Reporting directly to the General Manager, the role requires managing multiple teams and ensuring all project milestones are met at the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and manage all phases of high rise building construction, including procurement, site supervision, subcontractor management, and final handover.
• Ensure full compliance with Dubai regulatory requirements, project specifications, and luxury-grade material standards through continuous inspections and quality control.
• Lead daily coordination with architects, consultants, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to proactively address challenges and minimize project risks.
• Utilize Primavera or MS Project for progress tracking, reporting, and implementation of corrective actions to maintain timelines.
• Conduct HSE audits, cost reviews, and stakeholder communication to ensure smooth project execution and excellence in delivery.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 5 years’ experience high-end residential construction in the UAE.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent field.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Primavera, MS Office Suite; certifications such as PMP, RICS, or CIOB are a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet demanding deadlines with accuracy and professionalism.
• Immediate availability is mandatory; candidates with no notice period will be prioritized.
• Excellent English communication skills
