Avy is a B2B2C SaaS platform powering the modern rental living experience. As the leading Tenant Experience platform in the Nordics, we reach more than 450,000 households — approximately 20% of all rental tenants in Sweden. Our platform combines a resident app, web portal, and AI assistant to serve both property companies and their tenants across the full tenancy lifecycle, from signed lease to move-out.

We are ~30 people, growing fast, with customers across the Nordics and a clear ambition to expand internationally. Founded in 2018, we are now in a distinct scale-up phase where great design decisions carry real weight.

Role Description

You will be one of two designers at Avy, working at the intersection of UX, visual design, and AI — with real ownership and strategic influence. Reporting directly to the CPO, you'll be embedded in one of our product teams and work closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders.

This is a hands-on role with strategic depth. You'll drive the design process end-to-end — from problem framing and research through interaction design and visual polish — all the way into production.

Our product operates across a B2B and B2B2C landscape, where business-critical workflows for property managers and a seamless everyday experience for tenants must work in concert. AI is central to our platform, and we're looking for someone who understands how to design for transparency, trust, and the right level of automation.

In this role as Senior Product Designer you will

• Own and drive UX end-to-end within your product team
• Design user journeys from initial concept through to implementation
• Maintain a high bar for interaction and visual design quality
• Work structured with research, usability, and accessibility
• Contribute to the evolution of our design system and design culture
• Help shape how we work with design as we scale — tooling, process, and AI-augmented workflows

Qualifications

• You've owned design end-to-end in a product team before — not as a pair of hands executing specs, but as the person setting design direction and raising the bar
• You're past needing direction on process — you bring your own. You can zoom out to challenge a problem framing and zoom in to sweat the interaction detail, often in the same day
• You have shipped design in complex, multi-stakeholder SaaS products and know what it takes to drive quality when product, tech, and business all have a seat at the table
• You have experience influencing without authority — shaping product thinking, pushing back on scope, and earning trust across engineering and business stakeholders
• Strong UX craft combined with confident visual design skills
• Experience designing for platforms with multiple distinct user types — both operators and end users
• Structured approach to user research and accessibility

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing AI-driven product experiences — where automation, transparency, and trust are key design variables
• Familiarity with using AI to augment design work — prototyping, research synthesis, workflow experimentation
• Experience in a scale-up or high-growth environment where the product and the org are both still taking shape
