We’re looking for an AI Developer who thinks in systems rather than tasks, understands how to turn business problems into autonomous workflows, and takes full ownership from idea to execution.

This role is about building leverage — not just writing prompts.

What Will You Do?

• Design and own AI-powered internal systems that replace and scale company operations.
• Act as product owner for automation workflows — decide what to build, why, and in what order.
• Turn business and operational problems into AI agents, workflows, and automated systems.
• Identify and eliminate bottlenecks across reporting, decision-making, and operations.
• Build internal tools like Slack agents, async assistants, and automated reporting systems.
• Integrate tools like Stripe, Slack, Webflow, Notion, Meta Ads, Looker Studio, Typeform, etc. into unified systems.
• Use no-code/low-code tools (Make.com, Zapier, Airtable, webhooks) combined with AI agents to ship end-to-end solutions.
• Own systems from idea to deployment and continuously improve them based on impact and usage.
  
  

What We’re Looking For?

• Experience building AI-powered systems, automation workflows, or internal tools (not just prompting).
• Strong understanding of LLMs, agents, tool calling, API workflows, and automation logic.
• Hands-on experience with no-code/low-code tools like Make.com, Zapier, Airtable, etc.
• Comfortable working with APIs, debugging integrations, and reading technical documentation.
• Product mindset: you think in systems, user impact, and business outcomes — not just code or tasks.
• Ability to connect business needs to technical execution and make trade-offs on scope and impact.

• Built internal AI tools or assistants that are actively used by teams.
• Experience in fast-moving environments where iteration speed matters more than perfection.
