SVP/VP, Sales (Digital Assets)

Our client is an established, well-capitalised financial institution operating at the intersection of traditional finance and digital assets. With a strong regulatory footprint and institutional-grade platform, the business is focused on building a scalable franchise across digital asset custody, trading, and structured solutions for professional and institutional investors.

They are now looking to expand their front office sales team in Singapore, hiring an experienced VP / SVP to drive client coverage and revenue growth across Asia.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive origination and revenue generation across institutional clients including asset managers, family offices, hedge funds, and corporates
• Develop and execute sales strategies across digital asset products (e.g. custody, trading, tokenisation, structured solutions)
• Build and deepen relationships with key decision makers, acting as a trusted advisor on digital asset adoption and market opportunities
• Partner closely with product, trading, and structuring teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients
• Maintain strong awareness of market developments across crypto, blockchain, and institutional adoption trends
• Contribute to the broader commercial strategy and growth of the Asia platform

Requirements

• 8–15+ years of front office experience in sales / coverage within financial institutions
• Prior experience covering institutional clients across markets such as asset management, hedge funds, or private wealth
• Strong understanding of capital markets products; exposure to digital assets / crypto is highly advantageous (but not strictly required)
• Proven track record of revenue generation and client acquisition
• Ability to operate in a relatively lean, build-phase environment with high visibility and ownership
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to translate market trends into actionable opportunities
