As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will analyze large datasets, develop dashboards, ensure data quality, and deliver meaningful insights that support both operational and strategic initiatives. You will collaborate closely with various teams, build reporting automations, and present your findings to key stakeholders.

📅 Schedule: Monday to Friday

🌐 Language requirement: English level C1 (required).

🎯 Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards and reports that provide clear visibility into business performance.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather and align reporting requirements.
• Build automated data pipelines to enhance reporting efficiency.
• Validate data accuracy and ensure data integrity across BI assets.
• Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, concise way.
• Support strategic planning through forecasting, modeling, and performance analysis.

🧠 Required Skills & Experience

Technical Skills.

• Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Strong SQL skills for querying and transforming structured data.
• Experience building ETL processes and working with data warehouses.
• Advanced Excel skills for data manipulation and analysis.
• Understanding of statistical concepts and predictive analytics.
• Ability to interpret KPIs and design relevant performance metrics.
