Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced professional with deep expertise in commercial banking payments to support delivery of strategic initiatives within a leading financial institution's Treasury & Payment Solutions group. This role will focus on driving end-to-end delivery of payment-related programs across business and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of payments initiatives (wires, ACH, real-time payments, SWIFT, cross-border, etc.)
• Partner with business, product, and technology teams to define scope, timelines, and deliverables
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle (planning, execution, testing, implementation)
• Coordinate across multiple stakeholders, including compliance, risk, and operations
• Drive UAT, release planning, and go-live readiness
• Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies
• Ensure alignment with regulatory and operational requirements

Required Experience

• 8+ years of Project Management experience in financial services
• Strong background in commercial banking payments (must-have)
• Experience with payment platforms and workflows
• Proven experience delivering application / platform-based projects (not infrastructure-only)
• Strong stakeholder management across business and technology teams
• Experience working in Agile / hybrid delivery environments

Desirable Skill:

• Blockchain experience
