We are seeking a Full Stack Developer (Java and/or Kotlin) to join a high-calibre engineering team building a cloud-native advertising management platform. This is a hands-on role across backend, frontend, and cloud infrastructure, contributing to a greenfield product driving company-wide transformation.
You’ll work across the full development lifecycle in a modern distributed systems environment, with strong exposure to GCP and scalable cloud architecture.

You’ll work across the full development lifecycle in a modern distributed systems environment, with strong exposure to GCP and scalable cloud architecture.
What You’ll Do
- Own end-to-end feature delivery from design through to deployment
- Build and maintain high-performance backend services and APIs using Java and/or Kotlin (Spring Boot)
- Develop frontend features using Next.js, including UI components and API integrations
- Design and optimise PostgreSQL schemas and BigQuery models for transactional and analytics workloads
- Build workflow-driven services using Temporal.io and event-driven architecture patterns
- Contribute to GCP infrastructure using Terraform
- 6–7+ years’ experience in backend development using Java and/or Kotlin with Spring Boot (or similar JVM frameworks)
- Strong experience building RESTful APIs and scalable backend systems
- 5–6+ years’ experience with TypeScript and React/Next.js
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and observability
- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL (schema design, optimisation, indexing, transactions)
- Exposure to BigQuery or similar analytical databases
- Experience with cloud platforms (GCP preferred; AWS/Azure also considered)
- Exposure to workflow orchestration tools (Temporal.io, Airflow, or similar)
- Work on a true greenfield, cloud-native platform
- Modern tech stack with strong engineering ownership
- High-impact product used across the business
