Project Manager (PMO Specialist) AI & Agile

Short Job Summary

• The AI‑Enabling Agile PMO Expert is responsible for supporting and enable the company's areas on driving value‑based delivery by combining agile portfolio management, advanced governance, data & financial expertise, and AI‑enabled automation in a reinsurance environment.
• This role should have:
• reinsurance business know-how and experience.
• strong background in hybrid delivery models (Agile + traditional project management),
• deep expertise in Agile/PM frameworks, tooling, and operations improvement
• proven ability to drive cultural and mindset change.
• This role will work in a transformation area, enabling organizational agility by coaching teams, leaders, and stakeholders, ensuring effective use of tools, and guiding the definition and management of Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to achieve measurable outcomes.
• We evolve the PMO concept from a traditional control function into a strategic enablement and decision support capability, ensuring alignment between business strategy, IT delivery, product teams, and enterprise constraints.

Key duties and responsibilities

• Agile Coaching & Ways of Working
• Act as Agile coach and expert across teams and portfolios
• Facilitate portfolio/product reviews, product vision workshops, and retrospectives
• Support and guidance for Products improvement
• Implement and improve agile metrics
• Ensure tools align with agile operations, governance, compliance, and organizational standards.

• Portfolio/Program/Project planning & Value Based Delivery Management
• Manage an integrated portfolio of business and IT products, programs, and projects, balancing strategic priorities and execution capacity
• Drive value-based portfolio/program planning and prioritisation and investment decisions aligned with enterprise strategy, dependencies, change impact, and capacity planning
• Ensure transparency on progress, risks, dependencies, benefits, and outcomes
• Support the transition from project centric delivery to product and value stream orientation
• Manage portfolio/program CAPEX/OPEX, forecasts, and financial transparency

• Project & Product Initiation (Portfolio demand / Intake Governance)
• Manage initiative intake and activation
• Ensure early alignment with Technology, Data, Architecture, Procurement, Legal, Finance, and Security
• Ensure fit-for-purpose OKRs creation and tracking.

• AI, Agents & Workflow Enablement & Tools
• Design and enable AI agents and agentic workflows for Agile, PMO, portfolio, and delivery activities
• Automate reporting, insights, and portfolio intelligence using Copilot and related tools
• Ensure tools align with agile operations, governance, compliance, and organizational standards.

• Data, Power BI & Insights
• Develop Power BI dashboards and portfolio insights
• Define and track OKRs, KPIs, and portfolio/program/project health metrics

• Transformation & Cultural Change
• Demonstrate experience in shifting organizational culture toward agility.
• Influence leadership and teams to embrace Agile values and behaviours.
• Apply coaching techniques to overcome resistance and foster psychological safety.

Required experience & competencies

• Agile & Lean delivery expertise (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, hybrid)
• AI-oriented Portfolio and PMO governance adapted to agile organizations
• AI agents, Copilot, and workflow automation for PMO and delivery
• Strong data management and Power BI expertise, advanced DAX expertise is a +
• Financial governance and portfolio investment management
• OKRs, facilitation, and executive stakeholder engagement
• Excel in tooling (PowerBI, Jira, ADO, AI-agentic tools, ..)
• Reinsurance business know-how and experience.

Required Education

• Experience in regulated industries or large enterprise environments.
• Experience in Financial services, Reinsurance industry would be a very good plus.
• Familiarity with portfolio management tools and integration with Agile platforms.
• Ability to coach at team, program, and portfolio levels.
