Talent Operations Liaison
Location: Brussels / Braine, Belgium (Hybrid)
Contract: 6 months
Overview
MSI Pharma is supporting a leading global biopharmaceutical organisation in the search for a Talent Operations Liaison to join their HR team. The Talent Operations Liaison provides operational HR support across the employee lifecycle, ensuring accurate execution of HR processes, data integrity, and compliance with policies and local regulations. This is not a strategic HR Business Partner role. The focus is on delivery, documentation, and clear communication, including the ability to explain and defend HR processes and decisions to managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide operational HR support across the employee lifecycle (offers, internal moves, reorganisations, data updates, exits, reintegration).
- Prepare, validate, and document offer proposals with Talent Partners and Compensation & Benefits.
- Maintain accurate organisational, position, and employee data in HR systems (e.g. SuccessFactors).
- Support return‑to‑work and reintegration processes in line with Belgian regulations.
- Act as a key operational contact for managers and employees.
- Manage sensitive cases with professionalism, discretion, and compliance awareness.
- Ensure data quality, audit‑ready documentation, and process consistency.
- Collaborate with HR colleagues in a global, matrix environment.
Hard Skills
- Strong knowledge of HR operational processes across the employee lifecycle.
- Solid understanding of HR legal principles and compliance.
- Hands‑on experience with HRIS (e.g. SuccessFactors or similar).
- High attention to detail and strong documentation discipline.
- Experience handling confidential and sensitive information.
Soft Skills
- Mature and confident in handling manager pushback.
- Clear, structured communicator (written and verbal).
- Highly organised with strong prioritisation skills.
- Analytical, pragmatic, and solution‑oriented.
Requirements
Professional Experience
- Proven experience in HR operations across the employee lifecycle.
- ~5 years of experience
- Experience working in a large, complex, or matrix organisation.
- Exposure to regulated environments is advantageous.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant HR certifications are a plus but not mandatory.
Languages
- Fluent English and French (written and spoken) – mandatory.
- Dutch is a strong plus.
