Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of experience and certification in SCRUM;
• Experience in organizing SCRUM ceremonies such as retrospectives, sprint reviews and sprint planning, etc;
• Previous programming experience;
• Experience in interacting with development teams, product owners, etc;
• Knowledge of product backlog management (in partnership with the product owner and the development team);
• Good analytical and critical thinking, oriented to solutions and cause analysis;
• Good communication skills;
• Experience in mentoring and coaching;
• Degree in Computer Engineering or similar;
• Fluent in English.
